Minerva Japan is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Chartered Accountant to join our growing finance team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in line with established accounting standards

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes

• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

• Ensure adherence to tax regulations and filing requirements

• Offer recommendations for performance improvement and cost-efficiency

• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles

• Deep understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance standards

• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
